So on Thursday last week, the year 10 awesomeful drama class went to Auburn North P.S. to perform our play for Harmony Day.

We are one but we are many
And from all the lands on earth we come
We share a dream and sing with one voice

You are
We are Australian

So a lot was happening with the main message, we are a multicultural society that should unite and be happy in this accepting life. You + Me = Us.

So, we've been working on this performance for the pass two weeks. We were really proud of what we did because we didn't have much time and the kids really loved it!

The whole day was awesome, besides the long walks. The food was great, but caused me to kill my diet. lol. It was Ms Diab's mum's birthday, so we sang her happy birthday which is interesting. We were so close to the Nike Factory Outlet =='

When we got to the primary school, we got to stay in their library and had cake! YUMMY YUMMY CAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!! I couldn't help myself, and neither did Shirley. We snuck up and got seconds, hehe.

During the performance, the primary students were so engaged. Barbara Perry was there too. I was so nervous at first. But, it turned out to be really fun and fulfilling. I kind of stuffed up on the guitar for a bit, but noone seemed to notice xD

So, at the end of the day, I consumed a lot of sugar and fat, but I also learnt a lot about performing and about people too. It was a great experience. Our drama class seems like a different little connection and group within our grade.
